A.N.I.B. Rules To enable us to offer you these low prices, you are not insured for any injuries or losses whilst you are on A.N.I.B. property. The swagman will be on the property at all times to help guard against theft but we can not stop silly people doing silly things. Entry is at your own risk. We can supply you ( if required ) with a temporary indemnity at extra cost or visitors may carry their own insurance. Entry to the property costs $5 per person per day. This gives you use of the camp-grounds and park facilities such as toilet and shower. An overnight stay will cost $5 more per person. Checkout time is anytime before 5pm. You MAY NOT stay more than one night in a row but you MAY stay over-night every other day for a limited period. Factor this into your next holiday and you can save yourself a lot of money. A.N.I.B. camp-grounds can be used for other holiday purposes and events held during the day. We are not licensed for stays of more than 1 day. We have a large DAM and an organic fertilizer plant on the property which is not made available for safety reasons. The machinery in this area is also off-limits. NO problem with any smells, our fertilizer is odourless and available for purchase. Fires can only be lit in season. Intent must be given upon booking. Permission must be pre-arranged before lighting ANY fires at any time, in season or not.
