BACK UP IMPORTANT FILES AND FOLDERS « « BACK
Okay, before we do anything drastic, I do know it's a silly question but, have you backed up your important files recently? you know, just in case anything ever goes wrong!
The main reason you need to backup important data before servicing is because: If you have a problem and have had it for a while, any programs that you have installed, and files or data created by you since the "glitch" first got in, is at a very high risk of being destroyed during the service.
I don't know how to back up my files
I can't, I don't have a CD writer.
