FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO CREATE A STARTUP DISK
In Windows 95 or 98, follow these steps

STEP ONE: Click on your Start button, then choose Settings and then click on the Control Panel.

STEP TWO: Double click on the icon marked
"Add/Remove Programs".

STEP THREE: Click on the "Startup Disk" menu.

1) Insert a writable floppy diskette into A: drive

2) Click on "Create Disk".

3) Test the disk by putting it in A: and re-starting the computer with CD-ROM support.

If everything worked correctly, you can now use the startup disk to boot up your system from a floppy disk when required.
